I'm in the middle of selling some surplus lights and i'm not sure which one of the above to get. I'm looking for something to produce loads of light and to look good even if i'm not using smoke.. If you guys can think of anyother light in the same price range that would be great

At the moment I'm very happy with the Wildtech Virusator( The light formerly known as Cubist). Don't know about the other two to compare them though.

Seen both in action...........i would go for the Wildtech..........:sofa:
Both are good light's but i think the Wildtech has the edge.....IMHO.:)

Datamoon is good value and very bright, but the Kaleido is probably more interesting for the audience to look at and not be blinded!

Thanks, i've been looking at the Acme Apocalypse too, looks great but can't find any cheaper than £179.99.

Have you got a trade account then or perhaps you could share that information with the rest of the forum on where to find Datamoons at that price.

A good alternative to Datamoons is the Acme Puma - I've just replaced my datamonns with 4 of them and I think they are much better.
Better gobos, better sound to light response, better preprogrammed shows, better control with CA8 controller.
