Just got back from a wedding reception out at Cave castle. Not a bad night to be honest took a while to get them going. But in the end we finally did.
I hope you enjoyed yourself Pete. Was nice to meet you in person and a put a name to a face. The gig i did tonight was covering the gig for a friend. Trouble been he didnt tell us what type of music they wanted neither what they wanted for a first dance.
had to go to the gig not knowing either...... which tbh wasnt an ideal situation to say the least.
We tried a range of different tunes to see what they were into. In the end it was mainly northern soul & motown, Did get asked for some seventies disco as well. Which we played some.
Overall not the best night weve had But not bad.
the customer was happy though so thats the main thing.
