Hi there.

Good old British weather aghhh! If one is going to a venue and is thundering and lightning, gusts of wind upto 60mph, rain pounding down, you get the picture :Laugh: How does 1 get their gear inside safely? I know virtually all disco gear is flightcased but how about speakers? Iv never seen flightcased speakers.

You can get protective covers for speakers, either made by the company or custom made by companies like Falcon Covers ( http://www.proaudiocovers.co.uk/ ). It also stops them getting scratched in the van.

I use protective covers for my speakers. You should try some of the Scottish weather....much worse than you southerners. :p

Im fine with mine :p As you can use them outdoor as well with no covers :D

Unless they're active, a bit of rain won't do them any harm, especially if you carry them with the grills against you.

You can get bin liners that fit wheelie bins. Take into account the overlap at the top for tying them & it's about 5'

O.K....point taken but the thread is 'Good Old British Weather'....which would imply.....more of the wet stuff than usual........

So would a bin liner rip to easy........therefore buying more = ££££....

A strong weather sheet and Velcro...maybe better....(D-class does 1/2 the job for you....:D).....IMO
