NJD IQ 250 Help needed!

Someone gave me a pair of these about a year ago and I stuck them in a cuboard and forgot them, till tonight does anyone know what the dipswitch settings are?

they also have a small controller with them but it's very small but does go with the lights any help would be great!

what I'm looking for are the settings for stand alone mode (which I asume they have) because I can't seem to get any movement from the units with the controller
I'm asuming that they should go through there program without lamps in them?
