Smoke Fluid

I have just orded the Martin Magnum 650. I know its not the best out there but this is my first smoke machine so really i want to try it out, see what it can do (as in room size it can fill) and see what happens.

My question is, do new smoke machines come with fluid already???


If not where would be the best place to get 5ltr from???

Smoke machines don't generally come with with smoke fluid. For bulk orders of fluid I use J P Leisure (www.jpleisure.co.uk), I've bought fluid from Terralec (http://www.terralec.co.uk/) quite a few times too. You'll be able to purchase fluid at any disco retailer.

From experiance, the cheaper 5l bottles of fluid that appear on some auction sites, can be false economy, so branded fluid is best.

On that note, I cant remember when I used my smoke machine last as so many venues dont allow it.

If I had a choice, I`d use a haze machine rather than smoke.

You can get a hazer for £100 - how much did you pay for your smoke machine?

I must of been looking in the wrong place. i have only seen hazers for £150+.

guess not. that hazer does look quite good for the price aswell. mabe in a few month i mihgt buy a hazer aswell. just so i have a choice.

I tend to use a hazer rather than a smoke machine full stop... it's not in peoples faces as much and enhances the lighte effects nicely.

There's no point. Haze enhanced your effects but you don't get a cloud of smoke to go with it.

Make sure you use the correct fluid, else you may invalidate your warranty.
