Safely Securing Speaker Leads Around The Venue

Hi there.

If you had to put your speakers a far distance from your rig and you had to feed speaker cables around the room, would you use gaffa tape to secure the cables to skirting boards? Maybe you prefer other tape to gaffa tape?

Gaffa tape will do ....but checkered tape is better...(yellow and black stripe).:)

I agree, I think the yellow/black tape would be better, better visability, were can you buy the roles from?

Wouldn't bother with hazard tape if the cable is next to a wall, standard gaffa tape will suffice.

I buy double width gaffa, meaning you don't have put a strip of tape on both sides. Obviously if the cable isn't very thick, you would probrably get away with standard.
