Reducing Photo Sizes

Hey peeps,

My colleague has an awesome camera that takes rather good shots. The only problem... It takes them in such a high def format that the files are monsterous in size.

Are there any programmes (hopefully shareware) you guys know of, that I can use to reduce the Jpeg. So as I can post some shots on here.

Yep, I've been using that for a couple of years, I'd be lost without it! The integration into your right click menu is great.
