PC DJ FX help!!!!!!!!

iv got pc dj fx up and running, but when i go to add my external hardrive to pc dj it starts to load then at 65% done its stops. I have tested my external hardrive with other programs like itunes and it loads perfectly fine. I also tryed my other external hardrive to pc dj an same theing happen to that it stop just after half way. Is there any reason for this to happen??

cant think of any reason i run pcdj fx fine every time?? only thing i can think of is a corrupt file that it doesnt like for some reason??

yeah that could be right or if your laptop or pc isn't powerful enough to load up PCDJ perhaps?
