dmx programming advice please

Hello everyone first of all thanks to everyone who replied and give me information on a website it was much appreciated i am getting it sorted as we speak now a quick question i have a jc-1 dmx controller i have programmed some chases etc on there but when i try and run the programmes sound to light they just run too fast going completely mad now am i doing something wrong or is the problem with controller or with my dynamo scanners? any suggestions please thanks

I can only speak from experience with the ACME Dmx Master with regards to making set up scene work with sound activation....
... and my experience is... never do it :)
Like yourself I always get the problem that it doesn't actually seem to go to the music.. and goes way to fast...
the answer is to adjust the speed / fade time or if it is on your controller... use the 'tap' option.. where you put the 'beat' in by tapping a button.
