Anyone used Skype as a contact method for the business?
I've just added it to my website contacts list. I've set up call forwarding so that if I don't answer at my computer within 10 seconds it diverts to my 0800 number (so no extra costs) which in turn routes to my mobile if I'm not in the office.
Will let you know if anyone uses it :p
Edit: Just noticed the historical thread on Skype. It's certainly picked up lots of users lately and even corporates are tinkering with it. You can now get the Skype app on a number of handheld devices too. The way I see it, the more contact options you offer the better.
