Hi - I have a pair of 2 new Datamoons plus controller and I'm having some difficulty getting a nice clean image on all the beams - generally the middle ones look sharp but the outer ones are blurred. Is it possibly faulty or is there something else to tweak/clean/tighten etc?

thanks in advance
Dave

Unfortunately, it's something you can't alter. I don't think i've ever seen a 'flower' type effect with every projected beam perfectly focussed. Due to varying distances from each mirror to projection surface.

JamieOhh yes you can... :D

I had this with problem with my Datamoons AFTER they came back from Electrovision;

Remove the top (which will also remove the focussing lens) - fire it up and place a piece of card / paper over the hole at the front - the gobo image should be central on the card / in the hole. To adjust, bend the metal bracket with some pliers etc... :eek: --- make sure they are insulated or switch the thing off while you bend it!

Also mine did this with an el cheapo Chinese bulb, was all fine once replaced with a decent one.
