The auto play music on the contact page wont help!
Most people will close the page if there in work etc with sound on and that starts playing.
Also how many hits, say a week? unique views?
Check your spelling, punctuation and grammar, in fact, I would consider a complete re-write. Even your banner on this site has a spelling error. I know we bang on about spelling etcetera on this forum, but it is vitally important, to be honest, if I looked at your site and saw those basic grammatical errors, I wouldn't even consider booking you.
It just doesn't portray a professional image.

It's not a great site...quite tacky and a bit of a mess.
I say you re-design and re-write the WHOLE site.
Maybe get someone to help you out?

TBH your website contains very little information. Have a look at it and ask yourself - why would a customer book me after reading my website. All I can see from your website if that you provide music...............and sound, nothing to persuade me to book you.
Also split your phone number into readable sections, no longer than 4 digits long. I still get a majority of people phoning as opposed to e-mailing.
I agree with majority of the comments on here about your website.
Throwing in my two pennies
I would recommend starting of very simple
- Get 3rd party point of view at each milestone (MDD forum is a good place)
- First customer focus when presenting information
- Look at your service to see what you do different
- Use high quality images, try to stay away from tacky gifs
- Consistency, same fonts & sizes, colour etc
- Back up you statements
For example "My sound system is over 1kW if needed with a enough lighting to fill any room my prices are also very reasonable......"
- Popular at the moment is video blogs of events.

My site generates about 3 or more enquiries a week which I'm happy with for an outlay of 50 quid. It's been live for about 3 month so if you're not getting that kind of hit rate, there's something wrong. I don't know how that compares with others?
Ours is not up there with the best yet and I am going to improve it but it seems to do the trick in that it shows what we do and what our set up looks like in comparison to the average disco. If all your web visitors see on the site is a typical 'disco' and no USP (Unique Selling Point) they won't be tempted to enquire.
Take a look at some of the other members sites on here. Quite a few are very very nicely produced and managed and you should pick up some tips

Before you do that get a good camera (i use a canon powershot) and take some quality photos of your gigs and you so any prospective client knows what they are getting. Bung that on the site.
