It's just that a friend of mine is having a new website done, and saw the professional yesterday, who said that scrolling text was a good idea.
There is a suitable space in the black area below my page buttons, and I've been thinking of using it for a while...probably just for latest news & special offer type stuff, though.

Just got back from a customer planning meeting for an upcoming wedding.
Part of the conversation went like this:
"I'm really glad we booked you, we've seen lots of island DJs and most of them are rubbish.... they've become too complacent.... we were dreading this part of the wedding and we almost booked a band... we came across your website and that gave us the confidence we needed"
