It's not up north it is indeed in Kent and is the loveliest castle in the world (they say) and I can vouch for that as I have worked there many times.

The biggest saving grace of mine was reversing the van up to the stage/trailer! At least I was dry. ( Mind you, it wasn't actually raining )

Buffet served and finished......put some up beat tracks on, still no one!

11 o'clock.....Summer 69 (works every time).....3 on the dance floor....just for the one track.....

Don't stop till you get enough....another faller.....few dance tracks at the end 10 people on the floor......

Thank you and goodnight......Birthday boy comes up at the end...."Thanks mate, really enjoyed that...... .....and here's a tip to get a beer"......

    How bizarre.........

Some people aren't dancers but it is just all about the music, I have had many a gig like this and they turn out to be the better ones which result in more bookings.

I'm not to keen on these type of gigs as people dancing is a sign that I'm doing a good job but If I can see people tapping feet or nodding to the music then It's ok. Somtimes ot to dark to see.

Glad it went well for you and you got more bookings. Just hope the B&G get up for the first dance. lol

I did a corporate last night and although there weren't many dancers, I had a lot of people comment on the gear, which is quite bizarre.

The lady who booked it, said she though the gear looked fantastic and she loved the lasers and the starcloth booth. I can't really remember the last time I has so many comments about the gear and how professional I was!
