I called the guy yesterday & had a chat to him about it.
He told me to send him an email with the serial number, when & where I got the speaker & my details...and said he would try & get one for me.
I sent the email, so I'm waiting to hear from him.

The same thing happened to me with my RCF cabs. I had to send the serial number and all sorts to get a part that probably costs no more than 50p. RCF then sent it by next day courier...
I had one missing from one of my EV cabs too a year or so ago. I rang Shuttlesound and had 2 the next day for free and no numbers needed.
What a difference.

I'm bumping this thread as it's now nearly 3 months later & I still don't have my speaker tightening screw.
I originally phoned Mackie who gave me the number of their nearest service centre to me and told me I'd need to contact them.
When I spoke to the guy there, it appeared he could not get hold of the part for me but might be able to remove the screw from one of the speakers when he had a delivery & let me have that one.
I contacted him about a month ago to find out if he'd had any luck, but he just said he might be able to get one of these screws for me soon.
I really can't wait any longer, as one of my speakers sits on the stand at an angle, so does anyone have any advice on how to get this problem resolved?

Not knocking here--but I have heard of a few other DJs moaning about problems getting parts so your not alone.
Just keep phoning and if necessary get them to fly parts in from USA--is that where they make them--or China.
I just had a Honda Boat Engine part flown in from Japan.
