    Who are they--where are they based--what do they do?

    Prices?

    Never heard of them so far.

    No thats not a good sign!
    If you follow the link on this site for PLI it takes you to Decision Finance which has a quote feature.
    I got a quote for £85 per year with Finsbury.
    The thing that worries me is a) the price and b) i cant even find a web site for them let alone anyone thats heard of them...
