I was actually following what it says on this page: http://www.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk/advertise.php

...which says:

"If you require changes to your ad or an image added, please email the site admin or post the request in the forum help area and a site admin will assist you."

...although to be fair that's exactly what's happened.
