I think there are other companies that make almost identical versions as well.

I'm thinking of getting some, just wondered if anyone has any experience of them, good or bad.

    Hi there.

I've never used these strobes but my 1st impressions are they look good, nice and compact with quite an impressive 200W light output. The price is fair but what's the shipping costs like? You also bear in-mind that if you do buy from Thomann, your importing goods into the country so, therefore, you'll have to pay import tax and VAT on top of that. I think it's worth looking at other brands with the same or similar light output and deciding from there.

    Best wishes,

    Neil.

Thanks. I've bought a few things from Thomann, you don't have to pay any tax, and the delivery is usually £10.

Bobs your uncle! I'd go with them then. Good deal Though have you seen the LED strobe lights? They will genrally last you a lot longer but don't think they will be as bright, could be wrong!

    Best wishes,

    Neil.

I haven't seen any of that style before. Not exactly the average strobe.
