Now is the Fayre actually being run by the Wedding guide? I know the person that runs that publication and know that they don't do their own fayres but just have a stand at it.
So realistically you need to speak to HPP to see if they have other Dj's going etc. before you know this you can't really do alot else.
As for set up, you know what I take...a couple of roller banners, slide show & Me

They used to once upon a time. We used to have a nice little 'arrangement' with them for all the fayres in our area. Sadly, no longer

I can't seem to apply anywhere.
The guy who runs the hall is very old and doesn't know the ladies details who manages the fayre.
