There aren't any integrated payment options within eWebmin though - you just add a link to your own (in our case it's NOCHEX)
    Thanks for that, very interesting.

I use echosign and it's a fantastic service, as you may or may have not noticed from my championing of it over the months.

It seems to easy/quick (always makes me suspicious!) this is all above board and legal. Has anyone had any problems with esignatures?

    Many thanks

    Steve.
When you upload a document, you can specify whether you need to sign it or not and you can also specify the order in which that happens (ie you sign and then the client or the client signs it and then you).

I signed up fully to EchoSign last week. Great service, and makes my whole booking process very quick and seamless.

I've just setup my EchoSign. We use it all the time at work so I thought I'd give it a whirl.

I still think I'll send my clients my 'welcome letter' which mentions the extra services etc.

EchoSign makes my life easier but it's still a cop out. Receiving a nice envelope, with my welcome pack on quality paper is all part of the overall service IMO.

Charlie, most people wouldn't care imo. If it makes their life's simpler then they would rather have that than some useless welcome pack! Yes you can book us but its gonna take a wee while to do than go online here and there booked with in 30 seconds!

    I'm inclined to agree

I'm on the fence with this one.

I think that if you're focusing on high-paying wedding gigs some way in the future, then Charlie's got it bang on. That's exactly the formula I used and had many positive comments on the approach.

But if you're talking commodity gigs near-term then the online method is probably good for the majority of customers.

The few comments I've had since moving to digital signatures has been really positive, which has surprised me as I never had comments either way on my booking process before I made the change over. Clients seem to like how quick and easy the whole process is.

I'm still in the trialling period for now. I decided to try it out for a year and see how I got on. First impressions of the service as a whole has been really good so I expect I'll be sticking with it.
