Default what might they be worth?

Already having two good sound systems, ive decided to sell off my older PA system, but ive no idea what it might be worth.

Ive got a Samson S1500 amp, Pat tested, working fine but some case marks.

An AC Euro speaker system, 2 Subs, 2 Tops, working fine, covering in decent condition. Metal corners are a bit scuffed but considering they are about 10 years old, they're not bad.

Thinking of taking them to cash generator or sticking then in the local Scot-Ads.

Far to heavy to courier so not going to bother with ebay.

Any thoughts on what they might be worth?

Looking at the photos & knowing the age of them, I'd say you'd be lucky to get £200 - £300 tops for the lot.

I wouldn't even say that much really Steve, however like with anything its only worth what someone will pay for it. If you got an offer of £100+ I would take it.

thanks for the info so far. Im going to take them to Cash Generator shortly, see what they offer.

If i got in the region of £200 id be happy enough. Ive more than had my moneys worth from them. Clearing the space is my main priority but i wont be giving them away.

At one point, AC Euro were selling through Class D, and had Eminence drivers. I'd agree with Steve that £300 was optimistic, but the drivers alone could be worth approaching £200. ( If they're Eminence )

I reckon it's be an ideal set up for a newbie breaking into the market. The amp could do with an appointment with a Dyson and the speakers could do with a bit of tlc (respray grills etc.) and would be a good passive system I reckon - coupled with another amp and a crossover would be recommended.

I reckon £250-£300 should be your target price for the lot.
