I bought an item from dj kit yesterday. It arrived today and I found it not suitable. I rang them and Jim said no problem and he will send an alternative and pick up the unsuitable item. Excellent customer service.

Yes I agree! I bought a gantry for my XPRS console from them and had to return it twice! the third one was fine. All had manufacturing defects and damage from their supplier; DJkit were great sorting it out for me, special thanks to Greg.
