Default Yamaha DXR 12's-Vibration from side at handles

I'm getting vibration noises from my DXR 12's near the handles. Took them back to the shop and tried to replicate but no joy.

Just wondering if anyone else has had those issues at all?

    Cheers

First thing I would do is try to tighten any outside bolts or screws to see if it helps. Failing that if it's out of warranty remove the handle, and line the outside of the recess with compressible material, eg a thin slice of high density foam before refitting the offending part

It's still under warranty. Took it back to the shop but typically it didn't replicate

Did they recreate the same conditions? I.e. if it was on a pole when you heard it rattle....

Don't let them get away with it

My mate had the same issue with the 10" DXRs. It was simply the nut/bolt arrangement holding the handle in place. He used some different bolts and a smidge of hot glue to sort it out.

If that's the case here then it needs to be sorted pronto before the nut comes off and drops down inside shorting something.

Had them back at the store twice now with the same songs played/laptop etc and it has sounded fine.
