Not your 'normal' Starcloth issue

Hello

I have an LEDJ Starcloth. It's the 8m x 4.5m white LED model. Most issues with these appear to be with a set of LEDs not working. I have the opposite...

One set of LEDs wont turn off!!!

They ignore blackout commands from both the controller unit and external DMX controllers. I have to say that the connector into the controller has been broken so I have had to re solder it as per a diagram that I saw posted on a different thread on this forum but I'm getting the issue described above. Is this likely to be an incorrect connection issue? If so, does anybody know the correct wiring for one of these? This is the one I've seen on here.



Or could this be a fault in the controller or the curtain itself.
