Resident Antagonist
Gimme A Hamster & A Wheel
In a couple of weeks, I'm working an all day wedding. The problem is that guests are going to be filtered from one area to another throughout the day, and neither area has an ideally located power point.
Now the easy solution to this would be to buy something like the Maui 5 Go, but I only do a couple of all dayers every year at most, and I'm not spending that kind of money for what is essentially going to be a one off.
Which got me to pondering - does anybody have any experience of using a battery pack to power their speakers? If so, are there any suggestions that you would recommend? As for the bluetooth aspects, that one is easy enough to sort out.

I like Gavin's solution
Seriously though, I have one of these which I use "occasionally" (i.e if they want a PA for the afternoon but don't want to pay me to be there....they hire this)
If they're not pushed, they work. They're not the best in the world and can sound really bad when pushed too hard....but a possible means to an end?
