Well I managed to reset my password, and log in. Then I added my NaD number and got that verified. Not bad for an old bloke, I feel.
Well done Marc, and good idea linking to NaD.

Thanks. If a valid DJMark / NaD ID is entered validation should be immediate and painless. A quick thanks from me to Martin for his cooperation with the 2-way validation between MDD and DJMark.
BTW Peter if you change the email address on your login (not your listing contact email) to match that of your forum account, it'll automatically recognise you as a forum supporter, too.

I'm not touching anything else! It's working, and I have no idea what you just said there. However:
I may already have done something like that, because:

I've presumably done that, and I've now maxed out my areas on NaD, which is good as it gives me an area I worked in twice this month already, from other sources!

Computer illiterate doddering pensioners? Good luck with that, lads.
Seriously, this place has always promoted " best practice", and NaD with it's verification system is a natural companion. We all know that many things in this game are far from perfect, but to you both for your sterling efforts.

For consideration...
At the NaD side, you do get an MDD Supporter badge shown on your profile if you successfully link your forum account with your NaD account.
Using Wayne's as an example, from https://www.needadisco.com/profiles/19654.php: -
This also links to your MDD Forum profile page, e.g. Wayne's is https://www.forum.mobilediscodirecto...mber.php?50610
Now, while we're agreed that MDD Directory and DJMark / NaD audiences are similar (public looking for your services), the forum is not so public-orientated and is more for DJs talking amongst themselves, sometimes away from the prying eyes of the public
In fact, if you're not logged in to the forum, the viewing of member profiles isn't allowed and so that link will give: -
So, (Martin), I propose perhaps an option at the NaD end once MDD supporter status is confirmed: -
1) Show MDD Supporter badge but only when logged in as the listing owner
2) Show MDD Supporter badge to the public, but with no link (but perhaps an explanation "tooltip" or something similar)
3) Show MDD Supporter badge to the public, with link to MDD Forum home page (https://www.forum.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk/forum.php/)
4) Show MDD Supporter badge to the public, with link to MDD Directory home page (https://www.forum.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk/)
5) Keep it as it is (public, with a link to the forum profile, which will ask Joe Public to log in)

Just tried updating my listing but my log in details don't seem to match my forum one's. Anyway to reset them? Haven't got a clue what they would be.
