Default Cece Peniston - Finally - what to follow??

For some reason this song is my nemesis. It's like the puzzle I have never been able to crack.

Whenever it's been requested, whatever I follow it with has cleared the dance floor. Typically, it's been requested as the second dance for a wedding I have coming up so I'm keen to finally find something that will appeal to fans and (ideally) fit with it's beat/pitch.

    Suggestions...?

I often play this early doors at Weddings and depending on situlation, crowd etc..

Lizzio - About Damm Time (Purple disco machine remix)
    Layo/Bushwacka - love story
jamiroquai space cowboy david morales remix
Dee-lite - Groove is in the heart
Todd Terry - Keep on jumping (not often sadly but I personally think it's a great tune)
Whitney Houston - Million Dollar Bill (Frankie Knuckles remix)
Sophie Ellis Bextor - Murder on the dancefloor
Michael Gray - I Thank You

Bit later in the night if you're using it as a launching point for example stuff like Robin S, Joey Corey etc..

I normally predede Finally with Robin S - Show Me Love and then follow it with Bobby Brown - Two Can Play That Game. If I go again, its Haddaway - What is Love.

This is always an interesting question, as it gives me an excuse to go through my playlists to see what I have played.

From my most recent gigs, I followed it with the following songs:

    Donna Summer - Hot Stuff
Luther Vandross - Never Too Much
Deee-Lite - Groove Is In The Heart
Candi Staton - Young Hearts Run Free
    ABBA - Dancing Queen
    Stevie Wonder - Superstition
    Buckethead - The Bomb

Thanks all. I went with Dee-Lite and that worked well enough. I'll keep all of these in my back pocket for future events though as there's some great suggestions in there

You could go Soul Central - Strings of Life or Mary Mary - Shackles.

Shackles I've had success with in the past. Strings of life I've found to need a certain crowd to get a reaction (but what a TUNE!)
