    Default Top 10(ish) Grime

Following from this thread What are your top tracks of the genre? (please only list tracks that are proven to actually work in a mobile disco situation & not just because they are of a certain genre. Also must be suitable for all ages)

It doesn't matter if you post a track that somebody else has, the idea is to find good useable tracks of the genre that are proven to work for mobile DJs

Please Stick to the specific genre in the thread title

    Anyone?

Are the Mitchell Brothers the only exponents of this genre?

I know I am about 12 years late, but I am a bit of a grime and garage geek, and had to post. Mitchell brothers weren’t grime. They were hip hop.

Grime as a genre is quite strictly defined. It has to be 140bpm. The beats they used were more traditional hip hop/rap.

Again, most of these aren’t grime, its pop music made by artists who originally made grime and went commercial to make money.

Mod note: As much as it pains me to take over the mantle of Mr Grumpy, this thread is for lists of music fitting the style, not comments. If you have tracks you can post which are examples of the style, that would be wonderful, thank you. I'll leave this up for a while, as you're new, and finding your feet.

Just to add my own pet peeve, you can add to/edit your posts for up to ten minutes, thus saving the mod team the bother of merging them. You're by no means on your own here, as some of our Scottish brethren have form for this, and are definitely on my naughty list.
