    Default Credit Facility

Anyone offer their own credit facility or teamed up with a specialist provider?

It struck me that I can pay my £200 car insurance in 10 instalments, my £150 PLI in 12 instalments, my £65 yellow pages ad in 12 instalments.... why not a disco?

    Anyone?

Interesting idea, but I think that if people can afford £17,000 for a wedding, they can probably afford to pay the £200 or £300 for the disco in one go.

    Maybe so.

But I don't just do weddings. In fact weddings are about 1 in 5 bookings for me.

Just looking for ways to upsell

This thread reminds me of a friend of mine who's house was possessed by evil spirits. They were throwing stuff around & making his life unbearable, and he decided he needed professional help.

He got in an exorcist to banish the spirits, and it was completely successful - all the spirits were totally removed from his house.

However, he couldn't afford to pay the exorcist's fee in one go, so he arranged to make monthly payments instead.

Unfortunately, after a few months, he couldn't keep up the repayments...

    ...so his house was re-possessed.
