You can't be a 100% sure. Very loud volume in a smallish room constantly for 2 hours, could potentially cause illness.

As has been explained, only lower frequencies can do this. A lot lower than Mackies can go.

No it couldn't! Not at the volume & frequencies produced by a pair of Mackies.
I have actually read up a fair bit on sound as a weapon & your mackies WILL NOT MAKE PEOPLE ILL even if they are pushed to their limits.
