Hi,

Thanks for allowing me into your forum, Phil here, my username is not a description of myself, more a description of a concept I have been working on and something I want to open a discussion on and get feedback from the forum.

Your probably becoming aware of the imposing entry of AI into every segment of our lives, well Perfect DJ is actually an AI DJ & equipment rental service that's designed to be friendly to traditional DJ's rather than replace them.

I am interested to gauge reaction to what AI means to DJ's, what the major concerns are (other than the loss of gigs) and how we can build in features and services so DJ's feel it can complement live human DJ's and increase bookings and revenue rather than substitute it.

We've got our own ideas such as:

- Allowing you to take gig bookings when you are already busy that evening.
- Filling in quiet parts of an evening and allowing you to 'headline' your own gig (AI is your support act)
- Allowing you to start a party while you're not there so you can arrive at your leisure.
- Possibly allow a customer to have a much later session than you are prepared to work till.
- Getting low revenue mid-week gigs which you may not want to take due to labour costs.
- Curating playlists using AI based on customers requirement
