Email addresses harvested from mobilediscodirectory?

Out of the blue I've just received a scam email addressed to mobilediscodirectory@*****.plus.com, an address I only ever used to register with this website. It looks like hackers may have scraped the website database at some point. Given that I registered in 2010 it may have been some time ago, but this is the first time I've received junk to this particular address.

There have been no known breaches since I've owned the forum (2019), and to the best of my knowledge none before.

That's not to say it didn't happen, but I've had no other indications that that's the case.
