So how does Kasabian 'Club Foot' (2004-05) and Iggy Pop 'Lust for Life' (1977) end up being early 90's Baggy?

And what's a good definition of Baggy if most of the suggestions are mid-tempo electronica/psychedelia infused rock and then Underworld 'Born Slippy' slips in there?

Can I put a vote in for Primal Scrream 'Give Out But Don't Give Up' and Paul Weller 'WildWood', in both cases I'm thinking of the Portishead remixes.

Being as the "baggy" scene & the brit pop era overlapped / morphed into one, there's plenty to choose from. A few off the top of my head.....

Happy Mondays - Step on / Kinky Afro
Soho - Hippy chick (works well with Step on (did that last night))
Charlatans - One to another / North country boy
Blur - There's no other way
Primal Scream - Movin' on up
    Inspiral Carpets - I want you / Saturn 5
Stone Roses - I am the resurection / She bangs the drums /Waterfall / Love spreads
Shed 7 -Getting better / Going for gold
Stereo MCs - Step it up / Connected
Ocean Colour Scene - Riverboat song / The day we caught the train
House of Love - Shine on
James - Sit down / laid
Cast - Walk away / Fine time
    Mansun - Wide open space
Suede - Animal nitrate / So young
    the Farm - Groovy train
the Mock Turtles - Can you dig it?
Jesus Jones - Real Real Real
    Ride - twisterella
the Shamen - Make it mine
    My Bloody Valentine - Soon

How can you mention Jesus Jones and not mention 'International Bright Young Thing'? Or 'Who, Where, Why'? I always quite liked 'Welcome Back, Victoria' as well, but I don't think that was a single.

Speaking of The Shamen how about their version of 'Purple Haze'? That'd get a few chuckles.
