    I thought you were Denon through and through, hence my question!

    I also bought these scissor stands the other day for places where I don't want to set up the deckstand and they are great - reallyy solid pieces of kit from Adam Hall.

    I wouldn't say that, brand loyalty doesn't do you any favours! I just find that Denon continually make the best products (and the best value for money) in almost every field.

    I actually did once......a DN1800F CD player a few years back.

    It didn't last much longer than a Numark though...hence my jawdrop at Beerfunk's comment.
