I have a Numark mixer and a Denon and the sound quality is a lot better on the Denon.

i think its fair to say that denon is accepted as a higher quality brand than numark.

Of course it is, Wensleydale.
All I'm saying is that in my experience the much higher price wasn't justified...as their CD player didn't last much longer than a Numark, which really surprised me.
