In the words of OMC.....how bizarre!

I suppose it was a case of what they'd seen before - she did say to me that they were expecting a small stand/table that would be in a corner.

The thing is, I don't really do what I would call 'big shows'. On other forums, I've seen people call their show a 'small one' and it's bigger than my biggest one!

I think it's about the look. I used the S&H booth, 2 x moving heads on cases either side, an American DJmegabar behind lighting up the fireplace and on the overhead, 2 x Nebulas and an EFX500.

    And behave yourself Peter!

Has anyone, particularly our Tyneside friends seen a comedian called Brendan Healy? Very very funny, and apparently a one time member of Lindisfarne

I worked with Brendan last year at a golfing captains change over party, (very posh) and he was brilliant very earthy humour, cracking jokes about his toilet habits, to the open mouthed lords and ladies..... he seemed as if he was drunk but it was his act, and he took over the charity raffle telling everyone what to bid etc ...really funny.

Oh yuss! He is absolutely superb, and obviously does some research on his audioence beforehand to "personalise" some of his jokes. He's well worth making an effort to see, if anyone gets the chance.
