Nope, he used to make them.
He's now a professional rude person...Cant believe nobody has mentioned Damien? You know the guy who had direct contact with the factories in China, Wizards for a £100 quid bah bah bah
Had an interesting encounter with him on eBay not too long ago, when he won one of my items - and after a couple of reasonable messages between both parties about a suitable pick up time for both of us - he turned nasty, sending rude & threatening emails!
Needless to say, I relisted the item...
