Those people are amazing, talk about knowing how to party. There must have been way over 500 in a massive barn open at one end with a make-shift marquee as an extension. I put in a 7.8k system made up of all RCF active 4 x 902, 4 x 710 and 2 x 322, sounded good but my mixer was getting a bit hot by the end, I used 11 lasers of varying types, 4 wizards, 4 kam LED harvesters, 6 8-way spectra banks and a visio arch of 7 straight and 2 curved pieces, looked and sounded awesome.
There was a proper mobile bar from a local pub and people bought their own drink too, no one minded, in fact it was a good job as there were 5 bar staff and they didn’t have a moments break, I got plied with various home brews of beer, wine and cider. There were 3 whole pig roasts and I think I have prob eaten way too much too…the Wife just said did I want any breakfast…she’s joking of course…lol.
I started off working for this group of folk about 5 years ago, did a girls 18th, then her mum’s 40th, her step father’s 50th, her mates 18th, her Wedding, the best man’s 21st and his mate’s 21st and a few young farmers and local fairs in-between, got a joint 21st for 2 of the local lads on 5 March too. We never finish before about 3am but think this one is the record holder now, they’re fine paying and treat me like a mate.
We got really busy after about mid-night and between about 1 and 3.30am I was feeling it a bit and did a lot of mixing, I’m not the world’s best mixer but tonight I did get pretty lucky at times and got standing ovations and felt like a superstar club DJ, dropped on with an eighties mix of Sex Crimes 84…Let it all blow…Together in electric dreams…Never ending story…Wild boys. A bit later it was OMG…One…We no speak…Riverside and then All these things…Common people…Rocks. Also Ride on time…Show me love…Boogie tonight…Everybody dance now-rock this party…Hands up for Detroit. Bet I couldn’t do them that good again though. We gave up trying to put a floor downas we couldn’t get it to lay flat but it didn’t matter, they were dancing all through the night. Loved every minute, just gotta come down off the high now and get some kip.

Having said that, some tool spilt a drink over some plug sockets in another part of the building which tripped all the electrics and put me out for 15 mins or so.... But it was pretty much avin' it all night. 
, it's no problem setting limiters off with my Class D's.
