I'm sure I could arrange something.

You have a pretty decent sized garden don't you - tomorrow, when you can, grab some white paint and draw a huge circle with a "H" in the middle.

You'l know when I decide to visit.

Charlie, it may be your cable (s) from your mixer to your mackies are wired wrong.
They may have their polarities reversed at one end of the cable. This would cause phase problems.

Try swapping ib a new cable, see if ut makes a difference.

    I will do.

Thank you all so much for the help.

I'm out again this weekend - I have arranged with the venue to get their 30 minutes before the planned time, so I can have a play around with cables, knobs , dials, music etc.

I may do a video (doubt I will have time) so failing that, I will give you guys a brief report.

Feel free if you want to bring them over here to sound out Charlie - I've the V1's and V2's so if you need a comparison......help yourself.

What's that proverb about visually challenged teaching visually impaired?

    Thank you Tony.

That's a really kind offer - especially after I messed you around!

I will speak to Dad and see what he says - could be a nice day out in the Easter holidays.

I've not heard a proverb about the deaf leading the deaf.
